Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated tests and test frameworks using Tosca.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on test strategies, test processes, and test automation architecture.
- Optimize testing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach colleagues and teams in the effective use of Tosca.
- Share best practices and translate developments such as AI into practical testing solutions.
- Work with teams across Agile and waterfall environments.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO-level working and thinking ability.
- At least five years of testing experience and extensive expertise in Tosca test automation.
- Extensive experience developing test strategies, establishing test processes, and designing test automation architecture.
- Experience advising stakeholders and teams on effective test automation approaches.
- Tosca certification such as AS1, AS2, AE1, or TA1 Architect, or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work independently and guide teams through complex projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, critical analysis, and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of Dutch is required at C1 level, with B2 as the minimum acceptable proficiency.
