Responsibilities

Take full ownership of backend feature development using Golang.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and performant microservices and APIs.
Resolve reported defects efficiently while delivering features that delight users.
Drive and uphold best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and mentoring within the engineering team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in backend development with languages like C/C++/Java/Ruby/Python/R/Scala.
1–3 years of professional experience with Golang.
Strong understanding of SQL databases, preferably MySQL.
Deep knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Lucene, or OpenSearch.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies.
Demonstrated use of professional software engineering best practices across the full SDLC.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems.
Preferred: Experience building cloud-native applications on platforms like AWS.
