Responsibilities
- Define high-leverage user problems, engage users, and establish measurable success criteria.
- Build and ship scalable full-stack backend and frontend solutions with AI capabilities.
- Use robust architecture, feature flags, security, and observability in production-grade software.
- Launch products rapidly, measure user behavior and outcomes, and iterate based on results.
- Champion AI-driven development practices and modern developer tooling.
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote collaboration, trust, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Strong track record of full-stack execution across backend and frontend systems.
- Experience owning product areas and solutions end to end.
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous user needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Advocacy for AI-accelerated development and modern developer tooling.
- Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and foster effective collaboration.
