Responsibilities

Provide technical support for students over an online community forum.
Answer questions around course content and facilitate learning for students who get stuck.
Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct support to students.
Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues when needed.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Python or a similar backend language.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and scalable test design.
Strong understanding of design patterns.
Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Ability to design and review scalable system architectures.
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in development workflows.
Strong code review and debugging skills.
Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking.
Positive character and ability to create emotional ties with students.
Flexibility to take this challenge part-time as an external contractor.
