Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, performant, secure software solutions for major seller economics and fee-system features.
- Contribute across product definition, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Diagnose operational issues, implement permanent fixes, and improve system reliability and technical processes.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and training on architecture and operations.
- Evaluate technologies, data structures, and algorithms and recommend simple, effective solutions.
- Use AI-assisted coding, multi-agent workflows, and agentic code review tools in software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multithreaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including model architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and execution optimization.
