Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product to prioritize high-ROI automation opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows using n8n, vector databases, APIs, RAG, and LLMs.
- Build modular and reusable automation solutions and a universal memory across company workflows.
- Establish AI guardrails and enable teams to use automations independently.
- Define and monitor ROI, time saved, reliability, and other automation success metrics.
- Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and team leads to ensure technical alignment and drive organizational adoption.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, n8n, and API architecture.
- Hands-on experience with RAG and connecting LLMs to proprietary data sources.
- Experience building reasoning chains and integrating existing AI tools rather than training custom models.
- Ability to prioritize internal tools by business value and ship pragmatic solutions quickly.
- Systems-thinking ability to identify interconnected data flows and create modular solutions.
- Experience driving organizational change and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial judgment to evaluate feasibility and decline impractical requests.
