Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-performance, dynamic frontend applications for large datasets.
- Design and optimize complex UI workflows for responsiveness under heavy load.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create polished user experiences.
- Tackle performance bottlenecks across the stack, from JavaScript to rendering.
- Contribute to core build systems and overall app reliability.
- Explore creative solutions for non-traditional browser-based workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and engage with customers for requirements.
- Expand knowledge of the robotics and self-driving industries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in frontend or full stack engineering roles.
- 1+ years of experience in Autonomous Vehicles or related Robotics companies.
- Strong proficiency in Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React.
- Deep knowledge of frontend performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Experience handling large datasets in the frontend.
- Familiarity with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or esbuild.
- Experience with WebGL, WASM, or web workers is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Electron-based applications, 2D/3D visualization, or C++.
