Responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified data development platform with intelligent IDE, workflow management, and multiple engine integration.
- Develop efficient approaches for managing distributed state and synchronizing metadata between centralized and regional systems.
- Design and develop high-performance distributed scheduling systems for large-scale tasks across business lines.
- Collaborate with partner teams across the company and globally.
- Design and develop integrations with other systems in the big data ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, including data structures and algorithms.
- At least 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, testing, and launching software products.
- At least 2 years of experience with data management systems, including big data development platforms, data catalog platforms, or data transfer platforms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed organizations across cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with data platform product development or big data technologies such as Hadoop, ClickHouse, and Flink.
