Responsibilities

Define system-level and unit-level test strategies for robotic systems.
Execute, distribute, and report tests across simulation and real-robot environments.
Collaborate with the Simulation team to establish required simulation capabilities.
Develop testing and reporting utilities.
Define and manage the software version approval pipeline for field deployment.
Work closely with Controls, Autonomy, and Integration teams.

Bachelor of Science in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
Familiarity with operating robotic systems in safety-critical environments.
Deep experience defining system-level validation plans.
Proficiency in C++ and Python.
Familiarity with ROS2 and Linux-based development and debugging environments.
Working knowledge of robotics networking and communication protocols such as CANOpen, EtherCAT, and UART.
Familiarity with robotics simulation tools including Gazebo and IsaacSim.
Preferred: master's degree in a related technical field.
Preferred: experience with hardware-in-the-loop simulators and simulation environments.
Preferred: experience defining and executing test plans for general-purpose robotics solutions in production contexts.
