Responsibilities
- Act as the first technical point of contact for clients and take responsibility for delivery quality.
- Collaborate with client technology and business teams to facilitate stakeholder alignment and complex problem solving.
- Implement features across frontend applications, backend servers, databases, and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead and support the development team while improving workflows, collaboration, and work-life balance.
- Build client relationships and support future collaboration.
- Help the team adopt and follow agile practices.
Requirements
- Have broad experience across backend, frontend, and operations, typically with at least eight years of relevant work experience.
- Understand and have experience with agile project management principles.
- Have previous team-lead and consulting experience.
- Have experience working with multiple client stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Have experience with at least one server-side programming language, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure, or Python.
- Have strong knowledge of at least one client-side language and framework, such as TypeScript/JavaScript and React, or mobile technologies including Swift, Java, Scala, Kotlin, and React Native.
- Be able to create backend services and modify CI/CD pipelines when required.
- Have database experience, such as PostgreSQL.
- Have fluent written and verbal English skills.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup at the office or client premises.
