Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to identify and drive improvements to key quality metrics.
- Partner with engineering teams to tackle key reliability and performance initiatives.
- Advocate for quality culture improvements by enhancing testing, observability, and tech debt management.
- Align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap in collaboration with PM and Design.
- Elevate engineering quality through design reviews, code review guidance, and process improvements.
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven development practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with large scale distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar.
- Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling to enhance software reliability and performance.
- Passion for improving product experience and engineering hygiene.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence engineering culture.
- Experience in solving complex platform-level challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in daily workflows.
