Responsibilities

  • Translate consulting needs and ambiguous business problems into technically sound solution designs for engineering delivery.
  • Shape technical direction, assess feasibility and scalability, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Orchestrate engineers across the backlog and coordinate priorities, ownership, and timing.
  • Work with the Business Analyst to convert incoming demand into prioritized technical and delivery work.
  • Recommend infrastructure setups and go-to-market angles for business-development opportunities.
  • Identify and help develop reusable assets, platforms, products, and accelerators with delivery teams and external partners.
  • Participate in client and partner discussions to explain technical options and demonstrate technical credibility.
  • Package delivered work so it can be reused, scaled, and commercially offered again.
  • Balance speed, quality, reuse, and commercial value in technical decisions.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience spanning business and technical delivery, ideally combining consulting, solution design, and engineering coordination.
  • Track record of translating ambiguous business problems into deployed technical solutions.
  • Experience orchestrating or leading technical teams in a fast-moving, high-variety environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI, including agents and LLM applications, and the requirements for scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences and engineering teams.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect technical choices to business value.
  • Full professional English; Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Consulting experience combined with hands-on technical delivery experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with productization and asset-based or as-a-service commercial models is preferred.
  • Experience with reusable assets, platforms, or accelerators is preferred.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or business-development activity through technical solutioning is preferred.
