Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, deploy, and support Pega applications for client business-process optimization.
- Lead or support a small team of Pega developers and maintain productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel.
- Work on Case Management, class structure design, Pega integrations, security models, reporting, process flows, decision and declarative rules, data pages, listeners, and job schedulers or queue processors.
- Create and update technical architecture, designs, unit test cases, technical assets, and accelerators.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, deliver assigned work on time, and follow project quality and EY compliance procedures.
- Perform UI, UX, and portal development, application performance tuning, and Pega guardrail and best-practice improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Pega application development experience using the Pega Development platform.
- Completion of at least 3–4 end-to-end Pega project implementations and hands-on experience across 5–6 projects.
- Experience handling a small team of Pega developers.
- Hands-on experience with Case Management, class structure design, Pega integrations, RBAC and ABAC security models, reporting, process flows, decision and declarative rules, data pages, file or email listeners, and job schedulers or queue processors.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX and portal development, REST and SOAP APIs, Pega best practices, relational databases, and PL/SQL.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, reporting, and client relationship skills.
- Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies and willingness to cross-skill and cross-train.
- A B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or MCA is ideally preferred.
- Experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies is ideally preferred.
- Pega CSSA/CLSA 7.x/8.x certification, Pega Constellation, React.js, Pega CDH, CLM, CRM, SD, or Pega Deployment Manager experience are advantageous.
