Responsibilities
- Design and ship grounded AI features for sales workflows, including automation, predictive insight, decision support, guardrails, and honest failure modes.
- Architect scalable AI components integrated with enterprise systems through clean API-based boundaries.
- Analyze support tickets, usage logs, deal data, telemetry, and other large operational datasets to identify product opportunities and pain points.
- Build monitoring, dashboards, telemetry pipelines, and observability capabilities for latency, correctness, usage, and model drift.
- Own AI systems from prototype through enterprise deployment, including MLOps, evaluation harnesses, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production AI/ML experience.
- Deep Python experience and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, generative AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG or grounded systems.
- Experience with AI grounding, evaluation, guardrails, and source-of-truth validation.
- Strong API-based architecture and data engineering skills for integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong SQL and experience analyzing large, messy operational, log, and telemetry datasets.
- Experience building observability engineering capabilities, including monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and production monitoring of AI systems.
- Cloud-native experience with SAP BTP preferred, or comparable experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
