Responsibilities
- Design and ship grounded AI features for Account Executives, including workflow assistants, predictive insights, automation, decision support, and guardrails.
- Architect scalable AI components integrated with enterprise systems through clean API-based boundaries.
- Analyze support tickets, usage logs, deal data, telemetry, and other large operational datasets to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Build monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines covering latency, correctness, usage, drift, and system behavior.
- Own AI systems from prototype through enterprise deployment, including MLOps, evaluation harnesses, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Establish trustworthy AI practices based on grounding, evaluation, source-of-truth validation, and honest failure modes.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production AI/ML experience.
- Deep Python experience and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, generative AI, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG or grounded systems.
- Experience designing grounding, evaluation, guardrails, and reliable failure handling for AI systems.
- Experience with API-based architecture, data engineering, and enterprise system integration.
- Strong SQL and analytics skills, including analysis of large, messy operational, log, and telemetry datasets.
- Experience with observability engineering, monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and production monitoring of AI systems.
- Cloud-native development experience; SAP BTP is preferred, with AWS, Azure, or GCP as comparable environments.
