Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend infrastructure and deployment, including tooling for bundling, linting, and CI/CD.
- Build and evolve the component system, focusing on clean APIs, theming, and accessibility.
- Champion frontend performance and best practices through code reviews and mentorship.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to create foundational UI and UX.
- Engage with end users to gather feedback and understand product usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks, particularly React.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and how to address common issues.
- Strong attention to UX and UI details, with skills in interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to educate and mentor colleagues.
- Curiosity about user needs and product direction.
