Responsibilities
- Define the project's technical direction and support developers in delivering enhancements.
- Design and develop applications using .NET/C# and React while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to application architecture involving APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and QA teams.
- Lead, support, and bring together a team of developers.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of confirmed full-stack development experience with .NET/C# and React or Angular.
- Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cloud environments, ideally Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to supervise, support, and unite a development team.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfort working in agile and digital-transformation environments.
- Professional English proficiency.
