Responsibilities
- Develop rich UI web applications and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into UI designs
- Collaborate with backend engineers to finalize API designs
- Provide technical leadership to fellow UI engineers
Requirements
- Prior experience performing the same role in a SaaS security product company
- At least five years of relevant experience in similar roles
- JavaScript and HTML/CSS UI development experience with React and Redux
- Experience displaying charts, reports, and graph data structures
- Experience using REST APIs and GraphQL
- Ability to build user interfaces from mockups
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including collaboration with distributed teams
- Server-side development experience in Java or JavaScript, such as Node.js, Spring Boot, or J2EE, is preferred
- Operational or DevOps experience managing deployments, QA, scripting, and AWS is preferred
- Working knowledge of UX design best practices and ability to create visual designs, mockups, and wireframes using tools such as InVision is preferred
- Understanding of microservices architecture and AWS development is preferred
