Responsibilities
- Empower team members to make technical decisions and instill a sense of ownership.
- Engage in hands-on coding and utilize AI skills for development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Manage department activities and projects aligned with R&D goals.
- Adjust work priorities and staff assignments based on workload.
- Contribute to the architectural vision for next-generation plans.
- Identify and address roadblocks affecting team productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Mentor the team to develop features that meet quality standards.
- Review technical designs for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Monitor code quality and suggest improvements through reviews.
- Collaborate with technical leads to tackle complex challenges.
- Drive improvements in software development processes across the organization.
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training among team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 14+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-grade software products.
- Experience with multi-tenant cloud-native software delivered as SaaS.
- Expertise in Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI development tools.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, telecom, and media handling protocols.
- Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.
- Proficient in C++, C#, and frameworks like .Net and Orleans.
- Expertise in public cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes infrastructure and related technologies.
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
