Responsibilities
- Strategize and define the roadmap for AI-driven solutions across the organization.
- Lead technical discussions to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies and platforms.
- Drive best practices in AI solution development and engineering.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience leading technical strategy for data-intensive applications.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
