Responsibilities
- Inventory and prioritize ServiceBus maintenance tasks with the relevant teams.
- Design API interfaces and create web-page mock-ups.
- Develop technical operations in a .NET backend.
- Build the frontend management tool with ASP.NET Blazor.
- Integrate logging and error handling to improve system reliability.
- Create unit and functional tests.
- Participate in code reviews and discussions with experienced developers.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards and compatibility with production environments.
- Write technical documentation for the tool, APIs, and installation and maintenance procedures.
- Present the project, objectives, and results to technical teams and prepare a concise management presentation.
Requirements
- Be in the penultimate or final year of an associate-level or bachelor-level program oriented toward Software Development, or an equivalent program.
- Have knowledge and experience with .NET 8, .NET 9, or .NET 10, C#, SQL at a basic level, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of web development with Blazor is a plus.
- Knowledge of French or English is a plus.
- Work accurately and recognize that security is the organization’s highest priority.
Benefits
- Internship duration is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 5 months, starting from February 2027; the start date may be adjusted to academic requirements.
- The internship is based in Infrabel’s ICT offices in Brussels near Brussels-South station.
- Home working may be possible depending on tasks and team organization.
