Responsibilities
- Provide architectural direction across strategic AI accelerator engagements requiring advanced implementation, optimization, or integration customization.
- Help customers integrate appropriate components, implement or validate solutions hands-on, and identify product gaps for internal teams.
- Lead technically demanding initiatives end to end, including third-party performance benchmarking across hardware and workloads.
- Design technical strategies for distributed training, large-scale inference, model and pipeline optimization, and MLOps.
- Develop reference architectures, standardized approaches, and guidance based on recurring engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to influence internal strategy and product capabilities.
- Enable adoption of new NVIDIA hardware by developing infrastructure patterns and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in solutions architecture, ML engineering, technical product management, technical consulting, or similar technical roles, or 5+ years of specialist-level experience at the frontier of AI infrastructure.
- Strong technical leadership, systems thinking, customer-outcome translation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to prototype, implement, validate, and troubleshoot hands-on.
- Strong foundation in AI infrastructure technologies, especially Linux systems administration.
- Ability to independently learn new technologies and unfamiliar technical domains.
- Preferred experience includes multi-customer solutions architecture or technical consulting, bringing novel AI hardware or frameworks to production, hyperscaler-scale cloud or distributed systems, and public technical contributions.
- Preferred hands-on expertise may include NVIDIA software, large-scale inference, distributed training, infrastructure, GPU scheduling, cloud environments, observability, and automation.
