Base Salary
$115k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Mentor and assess security teams across all skill levels.
- Develop training for emerging technologies and integrate AI agents into workflows.
- Design and facilitate Capture the Flag (CTF) exercises.
- Teach security concepts and demonstrate the use of security tools.
- Establish parsing rules and dashboards for enterprise security tools.
- Consult with customers on integrating cybersecurity capabilities.
- Lead projects and take initiative in day-to-day tasks.
- Support assessment of customer security teams and events.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or related fields.
- Direct experience performing threat hunting in corporate environments.
- Experience with large datasets and log analysis tools like Splunk and SQL.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with EDR and SIEM tools.
- Familiarity with offensive security strategies and methodologies.
