Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal clients to define and prioritize business needs and align them with feasible technical solutions.
- Partner with architects, developers, and engineers across countries to evaluate, estimate, and support system development.
- Design and implement solutions using cloud technologies, primarily Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Manage backlogs, assess risks, balance resource allocation, and support project delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams while promoting high-quality solution delivery.
- Apply software development best practices, Agile delivery methods, security practices, and AI in development processes.
- Document activities, support day-to-day work across IT teams, and identify opportunities to simplify landscapes and reduce operating costs.
- Develop business cases and provide innovative web application solutions focused on customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working with cloud-hosted solutions and software development in multitier environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless technologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure, applications, IAM, and data analysis solutions.
- Scripting experience and experience with Scrum or Kanban project delivery methodologies.
- Experience handling backlogs, assessing risks, balancing resources, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business needs, propose technical solutions, and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
- Proficient or fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, modern web UI technologies, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Preferred knowledge of Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Office 365, OutSystems, Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, Terraform, Chef, or Ansible.
- OutSystems and cloud certifications are considered an asset.
