Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal clients to define and prioritize business needs and align them with feasible technical solutions.
Design, implement, evaluate, estimate, and support software and cloud-hosted solutions.
Work with architects, developers, engineers, and IT teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Handle backlogs, assess risks, balance resource allocation, and support project delivery.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Apply software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development processes.
Document activities, support day-to-day business needs, and identify opportunities to simplify landscapes and reduce operating costs.

Experience working with cloud-hosted solutions and software development in multitier environments.
Experience handling backlogs, assessing risks, and balancing resource allocation.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless technologies.
Knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure, applications, IAM, and data analysis solutions.
Scripting experience and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban delivery methodologies.
Ability to understand business needs and collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams.
Experience working remotely with distributed teams across different time zones.
Experience applying AI to development processes and daily work routines.
Preferred experience with C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, NoSQL, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
Preferred knowledge of Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Office 365, OutSystems, ARM Templates, Terraform, Chef, or Ansible.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
OutSystems and cloud certifications are considered an asset.
Proficient or fluent English-language skills.
