Base Salary
$155k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test ML/AI models for threat assessment and object discrimination.
- Own the full ML development lifecycle from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into ML capabilities.
- Establish and maintain rigorous model evaluation practices.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code for AI/ML capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- 4+ years of experience in designing, training, and deploying ML models.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and solve complex problems.
- Passion for spaceflight and space domain awareness.
