Responsibilities
- Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs.
- Enhance workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration.
- Support workflow configuration, role and group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.
- Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams on integrations and technical dependencies.
- Assist Operations with technical feasibility assessments, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge-transfer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in IT.
