Base Salary
$200k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own developer outcomes end to end by identifying problems, shaping solutions, prototyping, shipping, instrumenting, and learning from results.
- Build growth foundations including event tracking, funnels, experimentation infrastructure, and lifecycle messaging.
- Design, run, and evaluate experiments using clear hypotheses and appropriate metrics.
- Talk directly with developers, identify onboarding and first-call failures, and turn findings into product improvements.
- Build polished, fast, accessible experiences across the marketing site and product.
- Analyze funnel and cohort data to identify opportunities and communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, data, and sales teams to support self-serve growth.
- Use AI coding tools while maintaining ownership of software quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products, including substantial work on product or growth surfaces as a senior, staff, or founding engineer.
- Demonstrated ability to improve business metrics with specific measurable results.
- Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript, React, backend services, APIs, data models, and SQL; Go experience is a plus.
- Product engineering mindset with the ability to define both problems and solutions.
- Strong attention to interaction details, copy, and user experience for technical products.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics.
- High agency, bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to lead without authority.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes growth, activation, or monetization at developer-tools, API, or infrastructure companies; developer-facing products; usage-based pricing and billing; PLG in a sales-led company; trust and safety or identity systems; LLM APIs; and relevant portfolios, side projects, or launches.
