Base Salary
$125k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for 5-8 enterprise accounts.
- Write custom code, scripts, and integrations for customer challenges.
- Lead technical onboarding sessions and training workshops.
- Develop custom SAST rules and security policies for customers.
- Coordinate technical rollouts and integrations in enterprise environments.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and best practices guides.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal product teams.
- Conduct on-site technical engagements and security assessments.
- Review and optimize customer alert configurations.
- Anticipate technical challenges and develop proactive solutions.
- Support the development of professional services offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills.
- Proven track record in building integrations and automation scripts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of modern development workflows and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security tools and vulnerability management preferred.
- Experience with open source ecosystems and supply chain security concepts.
- Comfortable with travel and on-site customer engagements.
- Experience with scripting and automation for DevOps or security use cases.
