Base Salary
$125k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for 5–8 enterprise accounts.
- Write custom code, scripts, and integrations for complex customer implementation challenges.
- Lead technical onboarding sessions, training workshops, and hands-on implementation guidance.
- Develop customer-specific SAST rules, CVE rules, and security policies.
- Coordinate technical rollouts and integrations across complex enterprise environments.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams and security stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation, best-practice guides, and reusable implementation playbooks.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal product teams.
- Conduct onsite security assessments, alert optimization, and advanced configuration engagements.
- Optimize customer alert configurations to reduce noise and improve security coverage.
- Develop solutions that address technical challenges and drive product adoption and customer success.
- Support the development of billable professional services and advanced technical consulting offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with strong Python coding skills.
- Production experience building integrations, APIs, webhook implementations, and automation scripts.
- Experience with scripting and automation for DevOps or security use cases.
- Strong understanding of modern development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of security tools, vulnerability management, and software composition analysis is preferred.
- Experience with open source ecosystems and software supply chain security concepts.
- Ability to travel and participate in onsite customer engagements.
