Base Salary
$85k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer obstacles into technical requirements.
- Assess the feasibility and fit of proposed solutions.
- Advise customers on optimal architectural paths and usage strategies.
- Explain how the Theatro platform works and integrates into customer environments.
- Support customer engagements from introduction through delivery while maintaining technical alignment.
- Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, sales teams, product teams, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, presales, or solutions consulting experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of direct customer engagement as a technical sales representative.
- Preferred: 5+ years of technical sales process knowledge.
- Experience with SaaS and HaaS.
- Working knowledge of Wi-Fi and IP networking principles.
- Familiarity with APIs and common integration approaches.
- Ability to follow an end-to-end customer engagement from introduction to delivery.
- Ideal candidates reside in North Texas and can travel as required.
