Base Salary
$243k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI-first ranking systems for ad delivery.
- Evaluate ML and LLM models through offline analysis and online experimentation.
- Manage the full model lifecycle from research to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers for system improvements.
- Stay updated on ML and AI innovations to enhance production systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML and AI models.
- Proficiency in AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in areas like deep learning, LLMs, and natural language processing.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ with ML frameworks experience.
- Extensive experience across the full ML lifecycle, including evaluation and monitoring.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
- Product-minded and impact-driven with a passion for real-world applications.
