Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain high-availability, high-load software using C/C++ and appropriate hardware, databases, and programming technologies.
- Investigate and resolve complex software defects and implement required programming modifications.
- Write new code within a large existing software system based on prescribed specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design, document, and develop high-performance solutions.
- Develop routines to parse and store input data in proprietary formats.
- Use development and profiling tools to analyze performance and optimize code for high-scale deployments.
- Use AI-assisted software development tools to support productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Follow established software development standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the Offer Engines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong software development experience in C/C++.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of common Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Visual Studio development tools.
- Fluent English, as interviews will be conducted in English.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Preferred: understanding of SAFe, Scrum, or Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: knowledge of Linux.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred: experience using development and profiling tools to optimize high-scale software performance.
