Responsibilities

  • Lead technical governance, solution reviews, and engineering alignment across Coke ON delivery partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end technical leadership across frontend and backend domains, including feature-level design decisions, trade-offs, API usage, performance, and feasibility assessments.
  • Translate product and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions with product, architecture, data, integration, and business teams.
  • Govern engineering quality expectations, testing standards, observability, delivery practices, technical risk, technical debt, deployment readiness, and operational support across vendors.
  • Evaluate and guide integration approaches for AI, analytics, automation, and emerging platform capabilities.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and platform teams on application security, privacy, compliance, resilience, and secure software development.
  • Lead technical investigations and coordinate resolution of complex issues spanning multiple systems, vendors, and platforms.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and engineering strategies and recommend technologies that improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, full-stack development, or related technology disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience evaluating frontend, backend, API, and platform designs while balancing business objectives, feasibility, scalability, and operational considerations.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and system integration patterns.
  • Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products and enterprise applications using agile and product-centric delivery methods.
  • Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI enablement, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of application security, identity management, privacy controls, and secure software development practices.
  • Experience governing engineering quality, technical risk, technical debt, testing approaches, deployment readiness, and operational support across teams or vendors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to facilitate technical trade-offs and explain complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
