Base Salary
$196k - $309k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agent harnesses for Rovo Chat to improve quality, reliability, and latency.
- Bring state-of-the-art machine learning innovations to Atlassian products.
- Lead engineers and drive complex projects from technical design through launch.
- Collaborate with teams and internal customers to set expectations, gather input, and communicate results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer.
- Experience building customer-facing GenAI applications at scale.
- Experience advancing state-of-the-art quality and reliability.
- Deep understanding of the machine learning project lifecycle.
- Experience leading and supporting senior engineers and working cross-functionally.
- Preferred: expertise in platform approaches that enable contributions from multiple teams.
- Preferred: experience efficiently scaling and deploying machine learning models.
