Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines and the deployment platform for internal applications and services.
- Deploy, operate, and monitor AI agents and LLM-backed services in production, including model endpoints, orchestration, vector stores, evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Own Kubernetes clusters end to end, including provisioning, upgrades, autoscaling, networking, ingress, secrets, and workload management.
- Manage production-scale cloud infrastructure with cost visibility and operational guardrails.
- Build observability using metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and dashboards.
- Automate repeatable operations with Infrastructure as Code.
- Harden the platform through identity and access controls, secrets management, network policy, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Support internal front ends and backend services through build, release, and runtime operations.
- Partner with the CTO on platform roadmaps, tooling decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
- Serve as the escalation point for internal platform incidents and drive preventive follow-up.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
- Strong production Kubernetes experience, including ownership of clusters rather than only deploying to managed clusters.
- Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or an equivalent tool.
- Production-scale cloud platform experience.
- Linux administration and scripting experience with Bash and Python.
- Experience with Docker, container registries, image hygiene, and software supply-chain fundamentals.
- Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging, and alerting.
- Experience with secrets management and identity across services and environments.
- Networking fundamentals, including DNS, TLS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Advanced English and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-specialists.
- Based in Thailand and able to work from Khon Kaen, with Bangkok potentially available for the right candidate.
- Preferred experience includes production AI-agent or LLM-backed service operations, Google Cloud, GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud Build, Angular, GitOps tools, service meshes or API gateways, reusable Terraform modules, platform abstractions, FinOps, DevSecOps tooling, and security certifications.
