Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using OutSystems 11 and ODC.
- Develop reusable components, integrations, and framework assets for project delivery.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate application incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability, including SQL performance tuning.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, stakeholders, and project teams to implement business requirements.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution implementation decisions.
- Support DevOps activities, release deployments, and environment management.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, architecture principles, and OutSystems best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing as a subject-matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, with 12 years of total IT experience and 7–8 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience expected.
- Proficiency in OutSystems 11 and ODC development is required.
- Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using OutSystems is required.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, external-system integrations, SQL performance tuning, reactive web applications, mobile applications, and integration patterns is required.
- Understanding of architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development best practices is required.
- Familiarity with Azure, DevOps pipelines, Git-based source control, and automated deployment processes is required.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills are required.
- Banking or financial-services application experience is preferred.
- Flutter and mobile application concepts such as offline synchronization, push notifications, responsive design, and performance optimization are preferred.
- OutSystems Associate, Professional, Tech Lead, or Architecture certifications are advantageous.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
