Responsibilities
- Help build next generation Subscription primitives for higher order APIs.
- Lead in designing, developing, and delivering optimized product experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to define product-led growth strategy.
- Establish best practices and processes to measure feature impact.
- Make tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Develop and lead the team to execute short-term and long-term roadmaps.
- Work with various languages and technologies, including Ruby, Java, and Typescript.
- Mentor and coach individual contributors to develop future leaders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-time software development roles.
- Ability to work effectively across the stack and navigate diverse codebases.
- Self-directed and capable of operating autonomously across multiple teams.
- Experience as a technical lead defining roadmaps for complex projects.
- Experience mentoring and growing senior engineers.
