Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers.
  • Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
  • Advise on technical best practices through events and engagements.
  • Create and deliver content for technical customer workshops.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across main and secondary areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Capture and communicate product gaps to promote retention.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the CSE organization.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work North America Eastern hours.
  • 5-8 years of experience in post-sales customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of internet protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with security aspects of internet properties.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical curiosity and passion for internet technology.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
