Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
- Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers.
- Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
- Advise on technical best practices through events and engagements.
- Create and deliver content for technical customer workshops.
- Provide proactive technical guidance across main and secondary areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering on technical escalations.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Capture and communicate product gaps to promote retention.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the CSE organization.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work North America Eastern hours.
- 5-8 years of experience in post-sales customer relationship management.
- Deep understanding of internet protocols and technologies.
- Experience with security aspects of internet properties.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical curiosity and passion for internet technology.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.
