Base Salary
$115k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations using development and programming expertise while following payment best practices.
- Consult with merchants in e-commerce, point-of-sale, and multifaceted platform verticals on integration processes.
- Own pre-sales calls and manage new implementations and enhancements for existing customers.
- Serve as the primary technical contact through integration design, development, testing, and launch.
- Oversee project delivery and maintain the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
- Advise on checkout experiences, authentication, omnichannel payments, and platform onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Developers, and Product Managers to improve merchant experiences and the platform.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and understand complex systems including APIs, databases, and SDKs.
- Experience with distributed systems, database design, and systems architecture.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading meetings with senior decision makers.
- Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and involve the appropriate stakeholders.
- Customer empathy, a growth mindset, and a bias toward action.
