Responsibilities

Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations while adhering to payment best practices.
Guide merchants through integration processes as a consultative partner in specific verticals.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance merchant experiences.
Oversee high-quality project delivery, ensuring the technical integrity of integrations.
Consult on optimizing payment solutions and collaborate with Developers and Product Managers.

4+ years of experience integrating and providing technical consultation with Web APIs.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
Experience with distributed systems, database design, and systems architecture.
Excellent communication skills for leading meetings with decision-makers.
Empathetic to customer needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
