Responsibilities
- Lead complex machine learning initiatives with strategic business impact.
- Design and build AI-enabled solutions from concept through production.
- Connect data, models, platforms, and systems across the broader technology ecosystem.
- Create reusable components, patterns, skills, and engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
- Improve the quality, usability, scalability, reliability, and trustworthiness of AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful business value.
- Conduct studies and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Develop proposals and provide organizational leadership aligned with corporate direction.
- Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and support mentoring.
- Drive innovation and contribute to strategic AI and machine learning goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Significant related experience is required.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage complex data processes.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced degree in STEM, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Angular is beneficial.
