Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and suggest improvements to development processes.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
- Develop software features with timely, high-quality delivery.
- Own delivery of complex application features and resolve key technical issues.
- Identify security and usability issues and formulate resolution strategies.
- Work independently with a broader overview of the project.
- Provide accurate personal estimates and follow the estimation process.
- Deliver training, participate in knowledge sharing, and mentor new software engineers.
- Integrate new technologies and follow company release processes.
- Maintain long-term code reusability and stability.
