Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design for banking and financial services clients.
- Design and implement solutions with Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
- Build customer onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Journey Builder.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
- Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture governance, deployment support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
- Banking or financial services domain experience; wealth experience is desirable.
- Experience with Copado, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading teams and providing solutions, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect, Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions are nice to have.
