Base Salary
$300k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack product experiences from prototype through production
- Build developer products and tools including the console, SDKs, documentation, and observability experiences
- Develop systems for beneficial deployments across nonprofits, education, healthcare, life sciences, and economic mobility initiatives
- Build enterprise applications including plugins, skills, and shared organizational context
- Develop vertical AI products for financial services, healthcare, and legal workflows
- Build enterprise foundations for user and permissions management, security, compliance, analytics, and large-scale deployment
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through technical growth initiatives
- Partner with product leaders, designers, researchers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers
- Improve performance, accessibility, reliability, developer experience, scalability, and engineering quality
- Help translate new model capabilities into usable products and APIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience, ideally with complex, high-adoption consumer or B2B products
- Expertise in modern frontend development and backend languages and frameworks, including React and TypeScript
- Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, and usable solutions
- Experience in early-stage startup or other fast-moving environments, ideally including products built from 0 to 1
- Experience driving or influencing cross-team organizational alignment to ship impactful work
- Experience shaping engineering standards, component architectures, and development best practices
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native product features is advantageous
- Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, or tooling is advantageous
- Prior growth, activation, experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel-analysis experience is advantageous
- Domain experience in enterprise, healthcare, legal, financial services, or accessibility-focused products is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field
