Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions covering objectives, technical requirements, architecture, workflows, integrations, and constraints.
- Own stakeholder communications, engagement status updates, risk identification, and implementation planning.
- Design, document, configure, integrate, test, validate, migrate, and deploy customer solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical blockers and coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering when needed.
- Validate solution readiness and lead customers through production deployment and handoff to Customer Success.
- Provide API documentation, technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, administrator education, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Recommend improvements and additional platform capabilities based on customer objectives and technical needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of industry experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role at a SaaS/AI technology company or consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and the AI/SaaS technology space.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
- AI/SaaS application, cybersecurity, and IT experience is a plus.
- Strong technical discovery, requirements-gathering, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple customer engagements and work with minimal supervision.
