Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train machine learning models using neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other algorithms.
- Adapt and fine-tune pre-trained Generative AI models for specific tasks and domains.
- Develop prompts and techniques to guide Generative AI models toward high-quality outputs.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and other teams to develop and integrate AI solutions.
- Deploy machine learning models and AI applications into existing products or services.
- Apply ethical AI practices, comply with data privacy requirements, and address bias and fairness.
- Stay current with AI advances and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech., MCA, MS, M.Tech., or an equivalent degree in a computer science discipline.
- At least 4 years of IT industry experience, including at least 2 years of AI experience.
- Proven experience delivering AI projects from inception through successful deployment.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with Azure cloud services for deploying machine learning models and using cloud-based machine learning services.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge or experience with GANs, transformers, reinforcement learning, and other AI frameworks and technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions with large language models, preferably Azure OpenAI.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
