Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software and innovative solutions for complex customer challenge projects.
- Conduct research and apply programming, machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithm techniques.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Collaborate on teams and work independently in a startup-accelerator-style internship program.
- Present the completed solution in the final Challenge Cup competition to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in an academic or internship setting.
- Experience conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, verbal communication, and written communication skills are preferred.
