Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Administer and harden Linux-based systems across development, test, and production environments.
- Support ML/AI development environments, including data pipelines, GPU or accelerator provisioning, model packaging, and deployment promotion.
- Build reproducible infrastructure with SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.
- Develop Bash or Python automation scripts and utilities to integrate tools and streamline development workflows.
- Instrument systems with logs, metrics, and traces and implement security, compliance, and reliability guardrails.
- Collaborate with Software, Systems, Cybersecurity, Firmware, ML, and Integration and Test teams.
- Create documentation and internal training for self-service builds, deployments, and environment provisioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant DevOps, SRE, or build-and-release engineering experience.
- Hands-on Linux administration experience, including user and service management, networking, storage, and system security.
- Experience supporting ML/AI technologies and workflows, such as MLOps, GPU-enabled environments, and model packaging or deployment.
- Experience with SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Bamboo, Jenkins, and/or GitLab and artifact repositories such as Artifactory or Nexus.
- Proficiency with Bash or Python and Git version control.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience building, installing, and maintaining server hardware and troubleshooting network infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience with security scanning or static analysis integrated into CI/CD is preferred.
- Experience in regulated or defense environments is preferred; an active DoD clearance is a plus.
