Base Salary
$182k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture, design, and implementation of new features across patient and provider web experiences.
- Build real-time, visually engaging, intuitive, accessible interfaces for patients and providers.
- Assess and improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, monitoring, and observability.
- Contribute to architectural vision, technical roadmaps, code reviews, and technical design documents.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver cohesive, high-quality products.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production system reliability.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building accessible, visually engaging web applications and intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, UI architecture, and client-side performance.
- Experience or familiarity with Turborepo, shared design systems, TanStack Query, React Aria, Playwright, and Storybook-driven testing.
- Hands-on experience with metrics instrumentation, analytics, qualitative user feedback, and data-driven performance tuning.
- Ability to own work from technical design and implementation through post-launch monitoring and improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and product designers.
- Bonus: experience in telehealth or other highly regulated industries.
