Responsibilities

Lead the upgrade, re-engineering, and continuous improvement of the company’s business process management platform.
Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, optimize business processes, create UI/UX prototypes, and deliver full-stack product solutions.
Design and maintain platform integrations, access controls, cross-module collaboration, and robust business workflows.
Operate and maintain internal support applications, including monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, incident response, and data corrections.
Create standardized operational procedures and automation scripts while modernizing legacy applications and reducing technical debt.
Design and develop AI applications involving conversational AI, enterprise knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents from proof of concept through production.
Collaborate on model selection, performance evaluation, optimization, usability, and adoption of AI-powered features.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one backend language among Python, Java, or Go, plus experience with ReactJS and strong full-stack development capability.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, product design, development, testing, and delivery.
Familiarity with Linux administration, Shell scripting, production troubleshooting, and system operations and maintenance.
Hands-on AI or machine learning project experience, including knowledge of LLMs, GPT series or open-source LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
Practical experience with RAG, AI Agents, MCP, or related AI application development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with business users while handling operational responsibilities.
Preferred experience developing, modernizing, or re-engineering OA, BPMN, workflow, or approval management systems.
Preferred familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure tooling including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Nginx.

Permanent position in Shenzhen, China, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
The role supports internal business platforms and next-generation intelligent applications within a technology subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.
