Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced LLM models to automate complex manual processes across real-world verticals.
- Build scalable data pipelines, optimize models for performance and accuracy, and prepare them for production.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models serving governments and other institutions worldwide.
- Develop AI solutions for energy production, government workflows, healthcare systems, and other high-impact applications.
- Work directly with government officials and collaborate with founders, AI researchers, and software engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold high-quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience building GenAI-focused applications involving agents, reasoning models, and RAG.
- High-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models.
- Hands-on implementation experience with PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge.
