Responsibilities
- Support and maintain MERN/MEAN full-stack applications in production.
- Monitor production systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
- Create and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
- Apply incident, problem, and change management practices to maintain production stability.
- Collaborate with development, testing, operations, and business teams on incident resolution, service reliability, and technology modernization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience supporting MERN or MEAN full-stack applications in a production environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, ITIL processes, and hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with React or another JavaScript framework, Node.js, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, microservices architectures, APIs, and application integration solutions.
