Base Salary
$200k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve systems that automate customer setup and deployment across cloud environments.
- Develop deployment workflows and infrastructure-as-code templates that mirror customer environments and reduce manual setup.
- Support BYO-VPC, customer-managed keys, airgapped environments, and custom-region deployments.
- Work on cloud account and project bootstrapping, authentication wiring, proxy and private networking, and deployment orchestration.
- Partner with Platform, Security, Product, and customer-facing teams to make deployments faster, safer, and easier to operate.
- Improve the quality, reliability, and coverage of AWS and GCP deployment tooling.
Requirements
- Require 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or cloud-focused roles.
- Require solid backend engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across infrastructure-heavy systems.
- Require hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and GCP.
- Require experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Require strong networking fundamentals, including VPCs, subnets, routing, proxies, and private connectivity.
- Require experience building or improving deployment automation, onboarding workflows, internal cloud platforms, or customer-environment setup systems.
- Value pragmatic engineering judgment, clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership in an evolving environment.
